Since 2010

Our story

It all started in 2010, my wife and I purchased our first home. A classic double in the City of Buffalo. Nothing glamorous, a working class home for working class people. But I quickly learned that owning a nearly 120 year home is a lot of work. And in a double, there are at least two of everything. Two furnaces, two refrigerators, two stoves and two water heaters! Within the first eight weeks, one our 18 year old water heaters sprung a leak. I quickly learned that I can sometimes, indeed, sweat and solder a joint. But I would have gladly pressed these joints to save time, improve craftsmanship and increase peace of mind.
